The proposed Dukeries Park development comprises a new M&S Food, a padel court centre, coffee shop and drive-thru, restaurant and drive-thru and petrol station, and would be accessed from the Nottinghamshire Gateway Island roundabout.
The wider Shireoaks Common site forms part of a designated commercial site and the proposed Dukeries Park development is well located for local residents, next to the new employment development.
M&S have agreed a deal, subject to securing planning permission, to open a new Foodhall with a net sales area of 18,700 sq ft at the site to serve Worksop. Starbucks will operate the coffee shop and drive-thru. We are currently in discussions with potential operators for the restaurant & drive thru-unit.
